SocialHalwa supports Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business (broadcast) at launch. Facebook, X, YouTube, and Threads are on the roadmap.
What is WhatsApp Business broadcast?
Broadcast lets you send pre-approved template messages to opted-in customers at scale — promotions, event reminders, product launches. It uses Meta's official Business Cloud API directly, so there's no third-party markup on each message.
Does it support regional languages and Hinglish?
Yes. The composer accepts any Unicode text — Devanagari, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and more. Hinglish (mixed English + Hindi script) works natively.
Is my data stored in India?
Yes. SocialHalwa runs on Supabase's Mumbai region (ap-south-1). Your content, schedule, and account data does not leave Indian data centres.
What billing currency do you use?
All plans are priced in INR. No USD conversion. GST-compliant invoices via Razorpay — your CA will thank you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No lock-in. Cancel from your billing page and your plan ends at the current billing cycle — no questions asked.

How does scheduling work?
Draft your post in the composer, pick a date and time on the calendar, and hit schedule. SocialHalwa auto-publishes at the right moment. You can also queue posts using the festival calendar to align with upcoming events.
